Ben Chandler is an impact coach who helps people find traction when they are stuck, overwhelmed, or struggling to prioritise. His coaching style is based in deep listening, uncovering the stories we tell ourselves and creating the space for new ideas and paths forward to be found.Before coaching, Ben served as a Captain in the British Army, earning a commendation for leadership under pressure. He went on to lead major workforce transformation programmes in the NHS, heading up large teams through wide-scale change in complex, high-pressure environments.Ben now partners with driven individuals who already have the motivation and work ethic to achieve their goals but want clarity and structure on the how. His approach combines lived experience from the military, healthcare and entrepreneurship with empathy, accountability, and a belief in people’s ability to create lasting change.

Kelly Harborne is a transformational leadership coach with 20+ years’ experience building high performing teams through recruitment, negotiation consultancy, training, and executive coaching. She’s led and partnered with leaders from around the world as they sought to drive excellence – in themselves and others.Kelly currently facilitates a post graduate qualification in Leadership and Management with Corndel Ltd in partnership with the Imperial Business College of London. Working with leaders to build out their tool kit, Kelly partners with them to ensure the learning is transferred into the real world and makes an impact that will last.Her coaching practice is grounded in positive psychology and a belief in human potential. This, balanced with commercial pragmatism means that her clients are collaborating with a rounded thought partner who will carefully curate meaningful conversations that help them achieve clarity, develop personal insight, and create robust plans for success.

Oliver Hubbard is a career success coach, mentor and former brand leader with 25+ years’ experience scaling global businesses and guiding people through change.
He understands the pressures of a successful modern business life - because he’s lived them.Before coaching, Oliver led apparel and fashion product growth for the likes of Nike, adidas, New Era and Disney - managing and building categories, designing and implementing strategy and working with and managing global partnerships such as H&M, Footlocker and JD Sports.Now his purpose is to support high-achieving professionals through transformational coaching. My approach blends a deep belief in human potential, lived insight and commercial experience. Rooted in positive psychology, curiosity and humour, he meets people where they are and helps them move forward with accountability purpose to achieve their goals.
